This role is to provide strategic leadership and management of the Cambridge English business and relationships in your territory.

大中華區(qū)總監(jiān)主要向亞太區(qū)董事總經(jīng)理匯報，負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理劍橋英語在大中華區(qū)的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展與合作。

What you’ll be doing

工作職責(zé)

1. Strategy development

• To lead the development of the Country Strategy in line with the Cambridge English global and regional strategy.

• Delivering on growth targets within agreed budgets and being accountable for the Country level P&L.

• As part of the senior management team of APAC, collectively responsible for the development of APAC regional strategy.

2. Strategy Implementation

• Leading the implementation of the strategy in territory covering all revenue generation activities (including business development and marketing), and working collaboratively with Regional Operations Head to ensure a fit for purpose distribution network is in place, together with sound post-sales and support activities (including assessment services, customer services, operations)

• Operating within a matrix structure and working closely with colleagues in Cambridge.

• Using regular market and customer insight to develop local product delivery capability to capture new revenue streams and increase the reach of Cambridge English in market.

3. Governance

• Accountable for all compliance activities in country including QA, legal, premises, finance, risk management.

4. People management and development

• Developing individual employees into a high performing team.

5. Relationship development

• Accountable for the development of relationships with key stakeholders in the region including institutions, government and exam centres.

6. Regional ambassador

• To be the regional ambassador for Cambridge Assessment – this will involve specialist knowledge about our markets, education, assessment and the wider-educational landscape.

• Creating and maintaining high level relationships with internal stakeholders, being the voice of the customer and inputting into the overall Cambridge English strategy.

• 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊執(zhí)行集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略，在區(qū)域內(nèi)開展包括業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)、市場營銷等所有業(yè)務(wù)活動，協(xié)同區(qū)域運營主管確保搭建業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、售后支持、測評及客戶運營服務(wù)的正常運行

• 協(xié)同集團(tuán)及各區(qū)域開展密切合作

• 挖掘市場及客戶需求，開發(fā)并交付新產(chǎn)品，獲取新業(yè)務(wù)增長點，增加劍橋英語在市場中的影響力

• 負(fù)責(zé)管理區(qū)域內(nèi)涉及質(zhì)量保證、法務(wù)、經(jīng)營場所、財務(wù)、風(fēng)控等所有合規(guī)活動

• 負(fù)責(zé)管理員工，將個體轉(zhuǎn)化為高效的工作團(tuán)隊

• 發(fā)展并維護(hù)劍橋英語與教育機構(gòu)、政府部門及考點的業(yè)務(wù)伙伴合作關(guān)系

• 擔(dān)任劍橋英語區(qū)域大使，在教育前景及測評領(lǐng)域具備良好的專業(yè)知識

• 與業(yè)務(wù)伙伴建立并維護(hù)良好的合作關(guān)系，反饋市場需求并入集團(tuán)整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略

What we’re looking for

1. Qualifications

• Educated to degree level, relevant post graduate qualification (e.g. MBA) is desirable

2. Skills

• Proven leadership and team building skills

• Proven ability to operate at a strategic level

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Sound understanding of financial management and budgeting

• The ability to use and interpret data as a basis of sound decision making

3. Experience

• Knowledge of education systems and assessment

• Building senior relationships and negotiating high value contracts

• Regional leadership experience in an international organisation

• Experience of managing own P&L

• Past experience within the Education area internationally is desirable

• 具備建立高層關(guān)系及簽訂大額合同談判的能力

• 優(yōu)秀的業(yè)務(wù)運營管理能力

• 具備語言測評領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)知識，同行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗更佳

• 創(chuàng)新開拓并具有協(xié)助精神
