今天進(jìn)入了新的單元unit3，就是這么快速。其實(shí)KET內(nèi)容也沒(méi)大家想象的那么多。

大家覺(jué)得進(jìn)度快不快，我們來(lái)回憶一下前兩個(gè)單元都學(xué)了什么，第一單元是wandar的自我介紹，大家學(xué)習(xí)了一些愛(ài)好，身體特征的單詞。第二單元學(xué)的是家庭介紹，在第二單元配套了很多家庭成員的單詞。第三單元我們將開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)職業(yè)，他們都是干什么的，也會(huì)有很多職業(yè)相關(guān)的單詞出現(xiàn)在文章中。

What do they do?

Wandar is at home with Betty.

W: Betty, let me tell you about my family's occupations My dad is an engineer. My mum is a dentist.

B(Betty): Oh, I see! What about your grandparents?

W: My grandpa is a farmer. There are many cows on his farm.

My grandma is a writer. She writes short stories.

B: Is your brother a student? He is wearing school uniform.

W: Yes. My brother and sister are both students.

My aunt is a teacher. She is very experienced.

In the classroom....

Teacher(T): Good morning, class! What do you want to do when you grow up?

Student A: I want to be an artist!

Student B: I want to be a photographer. I like taking photos!

Student C: I'd like to work in a big company and have my own office. I want a career in business.

Student D: I want to be a doctor or a nurse.

這一篇閱讀的句式比較簡(jiǎn)單，閱讀難度主要集中在單詞上面，很多職業(yè)的單詞是孩子沒(méi)有接觸過(guò)的，遇到不會(huì)的單詞在《KET詞匯寶典》中可以查詢，而且還有英英釋義，在英文語(yǔ)境里更能理解單詞含義。

Doctor n.醫(yī)生;博士

King n.國(guó)王

Shop assistant n.店員

Boss n.老板

Letter n.信件

例句：had received a letter from my friend.

英英釋義：a person who buys things in the shop.

Break n.休息

英英釋義：a short rest.

例句：let’s take a break.
